As an actor, Lauren endeavors to celebrate women’s stories with compassion and humanity. Originally from the Philadelphia suburbs, she started out performing in venues like her bedroom and the backseat of her dad’s Jeep. Lauren has since moved to New York where she received a BFA in Drama from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, and has been working ever since! She is most passionate about Musical Theater and feels strongly about redefining how we understand the body of an ingenue or leading lady.

Lauren is currently spending the holiday’s in Williamsburg, Virginia performing in Lisa Shriver’s Scrooge No More! . Other recent works of hers include new folk musical Here I Fall Up, Kate Hamill's Sense and Sensibility with The Stella Adler Studio of Acting, and Happy For You written and directed by David Deblinger (Co-Founder of LAByrinth Theater Company feat. Philip Seymour Hoffman, Ron Cephas Jones, and Stephen Adly Guirgis). Lauren wrote and starred in a short film titled “DRY RUN (Otherwise known as: The Slutty Misadventures of a Type A, Twenty-Something Child of Divorce.)”, soon to be entering the film festival circuit.

Her more personal interests involve reality television of all sorts, an excessive skincare routine, and large helpings of dessert. It's also important to her that you note her resemblance to a young Hillary Clinton should you meet anyone interested in filming a biopic. (Kidding…kind of.)
